Testimonials

Wet Ink has been an invaluable resource in writing my last two plays. The sessions are supportive, motivating and inspiring. Liesl is a wonderful leader who encourages and guides with humour, honesty and intelligence. A Wet Ink workshop is a great way to connect with other playwrights and to hone one’s skills. I love Wet Ink!
Alison Kelly, writer/actor. Co-creator of the award-winning Mom’s the Word trilogy

My experience with Wet Ink was creatively transformative. I entered the Wet Ink workshop on a lark, looking for something intangible. As a writer working on a feature draft, I felt held and beheld by a unique fellowship of accomplished female writers in a delightful workshop environment. I emerged from my time there feeling validated.
~ Meghna Haldar, writer and screen-based artist. Leo award-winning filmmaker of Dirt and an MSG Playwright (2020-2021).

Bursaries Available

Any writer who is unable to attend our writing intensives due to financial hardship is invited to apply for a full or partial bursary as we do not want finances to be a barrier to inclusion.

Wet Ink Collective is equitable, diverse and inclusive and we encourage writers of all underrepresented communities to apply for a spot in our intensives.
